A. The basic service is free. A premium service, when available, will be provided for a small fee and will deliver much more functionality and customization options.
Q. Does the basic free service provide less protection than the paid one?
A. No, the basic service delivers the same level of protection as the premium one. The latter just provides more advanced features that will be probably more suitable for an enterprise, than for a small website.
Q. What do I need to do to add CAPTCHA test to my online form, blog, survey etc.?
A. The effort is minimal. All you need to do is to register for CaptchaPro service and make a couple of minor HTML changes. There are no plug-ins or any dynamic pages required. In most cases, your form can be protected in a matter of minutes.
Q. How reliable is CaptchaPro service?
A. The service is hosted on a high performance enterprise level redundant UNIX based platform. So far, we've had 0% downtime and planning on keeping it this way.
Q. Is it possible not to show "www.captchapro.com" promotional string inside the CAPTCHA image?
A. Yes, the string is automatically excluded in our soon-to-be-launched premium service. If you need it to disable it right away, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

A. We'll try to address most common questions on this site. Email support is provided free of charge during the normal U.S. east/west coasts business hours. Our premium service customers will have access to live phone support.
